Classroom Management

 Management is not something easy to deal with especially if we are dealing with children, following the rules in every thing is always the right thing to do in life. Making children understand the behavior that they have to be in class is important. Teachers have to try their best to make them adapt the good things from the rules and in order to make that teachers have to make sure that they are explaining the rules in a very flexible and understandable way, for instance; having the star stickers board hanged on the wall with their names on it will motivate them to make their best in behaving their selves, although its an old traditional way but till now it works with kids. Managing the class by making them behaving well without any problems is the teachers control on how would she make them listen to what she is saying, as a reward the teacher would think of distributing chocolates or giving them stickers on their hands or even giving them a good positive feedback this will raise their motive to be better people.

Building Personality

 I believe that developing the personality begins from raising the child at home and ends in the school, why does it ends in the school? because raising the personality at school will make the child recognize what is happening around him/her. being able to have a good environment at the school will help the students to look through themselves and let them know what they really want, how they want themselves to be. Having an environment full of responsibilities will make the child to recognize how difficult the life will be and what they are facing. Being able to have good teachers at the school will raise a generation that will make a difference in life. Teachers have the full control on effecting on an individuals personality, for example giving specific tasks to accomplish and making the child to have the vision of why the teachers are being more physically not telling them learn this and study that, without knowing why they are doing the task. Nowadays schools are the second personality building for the children and they have to be able to complete their job without complaining.

Cooking

 Cooking, food is one of the most amazing Gods creation in this life. obviously, without mentioning of course that human body needs food in order to live. I have always remembered that i love cooking since i was little, I used to go to the kitchen and see my grandma and my mom to see what they are cooking I always like how it tastes and how it smells. It gives pleasure and satisfaction eating the kind of food that I love. When I grew up I started creating my own recipes my own taste and how I would like my food to taste like, even the ingredients that I want to use, I use it like I wish it to be. In my family I am known by the delicious pasta's that I make by my own, my pizza's and my other food recipes. I feel like the kitchen is my passion in life I just go in create a dish either it was a main dish or a desert I like to do both and thank God in both I am a good cooker.

Application " Udemy"

 Technology have transformed in a very extraordinary way since the last years, many applications and many online teaching have been introduced to our generation. One of the most online teaching that I personally had was "Udemy" this application have a lot of online courses that you can take in order to acknowledge yourself where there instructors that teaches you, you may ask questions  in the question bar, it is not a free teaching although you have to pay for the course that you take. I took this course on how to use Academic Microsoft Excel, I also took a certificate because I have accomplished and completed the whole course in three months. It was very flexible since there was no any specific time to attend the class, it is already recorded and I used to watch them in my convenient timings. Using such an amazing online application like Udemy is informative, knowledgeable and even good to develop your skills.

Movie

 For normal people watching movies is something entraining and loss of time, for other people it would be learning the basics of the reality in life. For me I see myself watching movies is something that I would rely on to adapt an individuals life, adapting new cultures, personalities, knowing people and how they think, knowing what their instincts are etc. I have watched a movie an Indian movie actually it talked about a lot of things, there was a teacher who struggled to find a job for 5 years who was supported with her mother and her brother since her parents are divorced, this teacher is not like any teacher she has something unnormal for other people, like she is suffering from Tourette syndrome which causes uncontrollable sounds linked to hiccups. Something happened in the movie and she got a job in a school where they gave her to a class who were misbehaved and unruly, students who are different from the other classes. In the scenes we can see how brave and confident she was even though she was not like others, she taught from her heart gave everything that she could to make her class be the best of the whole classes. This movie called "Hichki". Giving my opinion about it by summarizing the whole movie by these words i would say that never giving up on people who can change for the best and taking advantage of what they truly want inside them will make a difference in your life.

Book

 Reading was one of the ways that I personally used to close my mind from thinking and put myself in an imaginary world that fits me right. I always read fiction and fantasy books because I like to imagine in my thoughts, at some point I even put myself in the characters shoes if I really have something to imagine well. My best book that I read was "shatter me" it has a series of books that comes after it like "unravel me", "destroy me" etc.. I have read only the three series but overall I loved the first series. in shatter me it was basically a girl called Julliete have a physical powers where she used to be scared from herself from harming others from her powers. Her powers was all in her hands, the moment she touches anyone this person will be dead in seconds. She had an awful life where she was locked in a cell that has specific timings for eating, once a week for having a shower. This book is categorized in my top list books that I have read in my whole life. One day i will encourage my children to read books because in this way I will teach them how to be have skills in imagining and opening their mind by thinking out of the box.

Violence

 Violence is such a damage for the individuals mental and physical thoughts. People who use violence in their lives are weak in nature because they feel that using power and force will gain them the strength that they don't have. Relating violence at school to me, I used to take a math subject with an instructor that made me hate math for a while, she used to tell the students to go up to the white board and solve the equation and for the students who did not know how to solve it she used to call them on her desk forcing them to lift their hands in front of her and she used to take a  50 cm long hitting them with all her power on their poor hands where they used to cry from their pain. therefore this teacher was not only using the scale to beat the kids however, she used to use her loud voice on the kids when she is angry. In my opinion, since I am grown now and I can understand what is happening around me I can say that this action from an adult is wrong because this will raise a generation full of  people who are stressed all the time it can lead to depression have a lot of risks that we as an adults should avoid.

Bullying

 Bullying can threaten students physically and emotionally, we cannot see people who are just roaming around and bully others just because they are feeling good about it. I personally have faced a bullying situation where I had to go back home to my mother crying and my eyes are just filled in tears because I felt powerless in front of these kids. I remember once I had some issues in my old school where they used to teach us English language, and for some reasons my parents wanted me to move to another school in another country where they teach French language since I have moved to two different schools and both unrelated languages my accent in both was not that perfect and I believe that no one in this world is perfect however, what happened is that some of the students made fun on how I speak they bullied me without knowing the reasons behind it. I believe that one day if I will be a teacher I will abandon any of the bullying situations in my class.

Fayhaa Association

 Fayhaa association was one of the most stunning and amazing experiences that I have ever experienced in my life. having such an honor to work in this association as a facilitator where I have to deal with 30 students teaching them two subjects which are math and science. It was an online educational experience "WhatsApp" where I have to create a group for both subjects and add 30 participants in it, where it is asked from me to teach by records, share pictures and videos for the content of the subjects and it is not allowed for any participant to say anything in the group they all ask me private chat. To point out on my experience in it, this was one of the most difficult and surprisingly entertaining. it was difficult for since it was my first thing that I do by dealing with other students sine I remember I was like them once and entertaining because the people's appreciation and their thankfulness on my hard work. Thus, I even got kind words from their parents on how useful I was. I repeat working in this wonderful association was an honor to me.

Educational Media And Technology

I took this course in my educational trip in fall semester2020, taking this course was such an amazing mindful set full of information. In this course our instructor introduced us to many application and tools on how to use them in our teaching field and I can also say that as a student I have gained a lot of information's regarding this course. Just to give an idea on what we have covered through out the semester, we have took the ways on how to use the google services for instance; " google drive, google docs, Quizizz, Kahoot, zoom" and many other useful applications. We have also covered the importance of the tools in the educational media for example; snipping tool, word wall (wheel of names), stop watch and how do we use it at class. Every detail we have covered in the Course have opened my mind into things that was interesting to know and actually use it in real life.
